On a historic day, September 5, 1858, a group of twelve visionary pioneers from the tight-knit Texas frontier community of Dicey, felt a profound call to establish something enduring – the Clear Fork Baptist Church. This wasn't just any church; it became one of the inaugural places of worship in what we now know as Parker County, Texas. Dicey, a settlement brimming with family life and characterized by its residents as "one big family," was a place where everyone knew your name and looked out for one another. At the heart of this close-knit community stood the Clear Fork Baptist Church, serving as a focal point of faith, fellowship, and unity.

Today, the Clear Fork Baptist Church stands majestically as a striking landmark and a beacon of hope along the roads of 730 South and Ragle Road.
